Water melon ice


A cool desert based on water melon

Ingredients

  • 600 gr water melon cut into large cubes
  • 120 gr wild flower honey
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • 4 sprigs of fresh mint 

Preparazione

I put the cut water melon into an open container in the freezer for some 2 hours. When it is well frozen, I run it through the blender with the honey. I pour it into sorbet glasses and flavour it with cinnamon and mint. If I feel like spoiling myself I ass a few chips of dark chocolate
